Bodhi Shrugs started with Graham Day and Elan Laporte, we began playing together in 1995. Our debut album “Wherever We Roam”, released on August 2, 2014 is the one you’re not going to mind getting stuck in your CD player.
While throwing off any expected notions of ratings-assured pop formula, we embraced the diversity of many styles to create a rock-based album that reminds you of your favorite playlist.
We write what we like to hear, and what we like to play, that’s it. The two of us played and sang everything on the album, with the exception of the drum tracks. For the drums we brought in session veteran Mike Stevens who also engineered and mastered the album at his Lost Monkey Studio location.
